Tier-1 automotive suppliers and humanoid robotics startups commonly face identical challenges: rapid product iteration, multiple versions, and low-volume orders. A dedicated fast-track channel for innovative customers was launched, including DFM pre-review acceleration; safety stock of multiple automotive-grade PI films and high-ductility rolled copper foil was maintained to minimize material wait times; and separate prototype and mass-production lines were implemented to prevent order interference.
R&D engineers now engage directly with customers’ hardware teams, responding to drawing-related issues within two hours to proactively identify structural design flaws and reduce revision cycles. Post-reform, new project prototype lead time improved by 22%; standard small-batch order delivery shortened from 12 days to 8 days; and order slippage rate dropped from 14.3% to 2.7%.
