Hongyi Precision Photon Facial Mask FPC, developed specifically for flexible LED phototherapy facial masks, features high-ductility rolled annealed copper flexible substrate, LDI precision imaging, and balanced etching to ensure uniform multi-channel LED current and excellent luminance consistency; ENIG pad finish enables reliable SMT reflow soldering and prevents cold solder joints or LED failure. Circuit layout optimized for mechanical stress relief, enabling conformal fit to 3D facial contours and repeated wear-induced bending; vacuum-laminated coverlay provides insulation and moisture resistance; laser-cut custom shapes match silicone mask encapsulation. Available in single-layer or double-layer configurations; outline, stiffener, and pad layout customized per requirement to meet mass production needs of various photorejuvenation masks.
