Circuit layout optimized for mechanical stress relief, enabling conformal fit to 3D facial contours and repeated wear-induced bending; vacuum-laminated coverlay provides insulation and moisture resistance; laser-cut custom shapes match silicone mask encapsulation. Available in single-layer or double-layer configurations; outline, stiffener, and pad layout customized per requirement to meet mass production needs of various photorejuvenation masks.
