Body control

Automotive wiper FPC

Wiper systems operate in high humidity, wide temperature swings and constant vibration, which places heavy demands on weather resistance and conductive stability. Our wiper FPC combines a weather-resistant coverlay with heavier copper foil and optimised bend-area routing to keep intermittent speed control and position feedback signals stable over the long term.

Automotive wiper FPC

Key features

Humidity resistant

A weather-resistant coverlay and protective design suit rain and condensation conditions.

Thermal shock tolerance

Validated through high and low temperature cycling while retaining conductive stability.

Vibration resistant design

Routing and stiffeners are optimised together to reduce fatigue risk under continuous vibration.

High current capability

Heavier copper foil supports wiper motor drive currents.
